On the 27th, the signing and groundbreaking ceremony for the joint construction of the Bihai Industrial Park project between Harbin New Area and Harbin Engineering University was held at the site of the Bihai Industrial Park in Songbei District. Harbin Hachuan Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. has more than 30 independent intellectual property rights, and its civilian wave monitoring devices and other products for marine environmental protection have been certified by the American Classification Society.
