TLKS-30 fully automatic open flash point tester

Product use: This instrument is used to determine the open flash point value of petroleum products.

Applicable standards: GB/T3536, ASTM D92

Functional features:

◇ Adopting a color LCD large screen display, a fully Chinese human-machine dialogue interface, an unmarked keyboard, with a prompt menu oriented input for parameters such as predictable temperature, sample number, atmospheric pressure, and test date;

◇ Simulate and track the function curve between temperature rise and test time, with Chinese operation software prompt modification function and parameter prompt functions such as test date and time;

Equipped with standard RS-323 and 485 computer interfaces, the lower computer stores 100 sets of historical data. Connected to the computer, it can store large amounts of data and can be stored and transmitted for a long time. The upper computer can modify the parameters of the lower computer.

◇ Automatically correct the influence of atmospheric pressure on the test and calculate the correction value;

◇ Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation;

◇ Scanning, ignition, detection, and printing data are automatically completed, with electronic ignition and forced air cooling;

◇ Can detect ignition point.
