Product Usage:

Suitable for automatic temperature point detection, analysis, and detection of heavy oils such as asphalt, crude oil, and lubricating oil distilled under high vacuum.

Applicable standards: GB/T9168, ASTM D1160.

Functional features:

The WINDOWS operating system displays the distillation curve in real-time, records and statistics, converts the data into WORD, stores and prints it in Excel, and the experimental results can be uploaded through LIMS.

The vacuum pressure sensor adopts American MKS pressure sensor. Pressure detection is more stable and reliable!

◇ Automatic determination of initial boiling point, recovery volume corresponding to any distillation temperature, distillation temperature corresponding to any recovery volume, and automatic pressure conversion.

◇ Real time display of distillation temperature curve and sample heating temperature curve.

There are three ways to end the experiment: the end of the final distillation point, the end of temperature and volume. After the experiment, the electric furnace has an automatic fan cooling function.

◇ Equipped with automatic detection of distillation volume, set distillation temperature, and automatic conversion of atmospheric and vacuum distillation temperature.

◇ Built in self calibration system: capable of correcting vacuum degree, sensor temperature, and cylinder volume.

The temperature chip, photoelectric tracking, platinum resistance sensor and other detection circuits, as well as the refrigeration system, use imported components and a precise vacuum control system, with a constant pressure of 0.1MMHG at low temperatures.

◇ Automatically control vacuum pressure, cold trap temperature, and cylinder temperature.

◇ Imported vacuum pressure detection, three-stage negative pressure control high-precision constant negative pressure, automatically control vacuum degree and negative pressure range according to different oil products: 0.133KPA, 0.267KPA, 0.667KPA, 1.33KPA, 2.667KPA, 6.6667KPA.

◇ Negative pressure control accuracy: ＜ 1KPA: 0.01KPA, ＞ 1KPA: 1:100, ultimate vacuum ≤ 1.33PA.

The temperature of the cold trap should be kept below -40 ℃, effectively adsorbing oil vapor and preventing sudden boiling. The temperature can be freely selected.

The flask branch and receiving cylinder have heating and temperature control functions, automatic control of cylinder chamber temperature and distillation rate, automatic detection of sample distillation temperature and volume, cylinder chamber temperature, system vacuum degree, and real-time display of distillation temperature and volume.
